Our IP: All software, content, branding, and AI models remain our property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content submitted; we may use it solely to provide services
AI Outputs: Provided for your use, while underlying models remain our property
9. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with providers like OpenAI, GoHighLevel, and Twilio. We are not responsible for their policies, downtime, or failures.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Services may be modified or discontinued at any time
Users may terminate accounts by canceling subscriptions
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Utus AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the previous 3 months
